 | Howard - Managing Director of Furlong Howard Langley began Furlong from his home in 2003. Since then its first product SchoolBase has grown from strength to strength. In May 2008 Furlong acquired another company and FeeMaster was added to the portfolio. Howard's tireless desire to make sure that Furlong products are the best available on the market, and the importance he places on understanding the changing needs of the independent school sector will fuel its continued growth over the next few years. | 
| David - Director David has been fully immersed in Furlong since he joined in March 2008. He manages the Bromsgrove office and is the Technical Development Director for SchoolBase and FeeMaster. | 
| Chris - Customer Account Manager- Sage and FeeMaster Chris looks after many of our existing clients to ensure that they are getting the most out of Sage and FeeMaster. He is often found visiting schools providing training and consultancy services where required. | 
| Margaret - Director Margaret is married to Howard and is one of the Furlong directors. She has recently retired as Headmistress of Rookwood School and now spends much of her time working at Furlong. She is an expert SchoolBase user and has provided key input in developing SchoolBase from the very beginning. Amongst many other things Margaret looks after the company accounts and visits schools to provide SchoolBase Health Checks and training. | 
| Anna - PA to Managing Director & Marketing Manager Anna started at Furlong in October 2008. Her role is Personal Assistant to Howard, and organising the marketing activities for the company. |
The SchoolBase® Team
 | Adam - Software Engineer Adam Bloomfield is part of the SchoolBase development team. He spends his time working on the core SchoolBase application and .net applications. A major part of Adam's role is to set up new schools and he will often be involved in providing the on site training for new users. He also provides technical support to the Customer Support Team. |  | Adam - Customer Support Adam joined Furlong after Graduating from Southampton University with a BSc (Hons) in Computer Science. He started as a member of the Customer Support Team but always had aspirations of becoming a Developer. He has recently moved into this new role. | 
| Brian - Software Developer Brian Throup has been part of Furlong for just over two years. His role involves designing and laying out school reports, and performance tuning and optimising the SQL server database. Brian also provides technical support to the Customer Support Team as and when necessary. | | | | 
| Catherine - Customer Support Team Manager Catherine Hosen has the friendly voice that has talked many a new user through their early days with SchoolBase! She manages the ever growing Support Team and also runs many of our training courses. From time to time she will also visit schools to provide onsite training for those who need additional support. | | 
| Graham - UK Sales Graham Hall is a key member of the team who has been involved with the company since the early days. He spends much of his time visiting schools so that he can fully understand their needs before demonstrating what SchoolBase can offer. | 
| Marlon - Software Developer Marlon Tucker is a valuable member of the Furlong Team. He joined us in September 2009 after graduating with a MEng in Software Engineering from The University of Southampton. Marlon has been instrumental in several key projects since joining our team including the redevelopment of our new finance system. |  | Mark - Software Developer Mark joined Furlong in January 2010 and is now working alongside Adam and Brian as part of the software development team. Mark looks after many areas of the SchoolBase database inculding the Annual Census, Parents Evenings, The Bus System and Marketing. He is also involved in setting up many of our new schools. |  | Peter - Customer Support Peter has worked with us as a consultant for several years. He has now joined as a full time team member. Peter is an experienced voice that can talk you through any problems you might have using SchoolBase. He is often office based but he also spends time providing training in schools. Most recently he has been working overseas providing training for our new schools in Bangkok. | 
| Sharon - Sales Support and Office Manager Sharon Oliver works closely with Graham and Sue supporting SchoolBase Sales activities. In her spare time she ensures the smooth running of our Andover office. | | |  | Sylwia - Customer Support Sylwia joined Furlong as a member of the Customer Support Team. She was very popular with schools but ultimately her goal was to become a Developer. She has recently moved over to this new role and is enjoying getting to grips with the challenges it presents. | | | |
The SchoolBase® Online Team  | Simon - Software Developer Simon joined the team in May 2010. His role is to continue the development of SchoolBaseOnline and to add new functionality as it grows. | 
| Stuart - Software Developer Stuart Greig joined the team in July 2009 having graduated with a BSc in Computer Science With Honours from The University of Southampton. Stuart spends much of his time helping new schools to get up and running with SchoolBase Online. He also develops new functionality for the online part of the system. |
